At HOAX, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Returns Policy

• Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

• Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

• Any items that were personalized or marked as final sale cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or product, we’ll process your exchange as quickly as possible once we receive the returned item.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us

Email us at orders@hoax1994.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

2. Prepare Your Item(s)

• Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar protective package.

• Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.

3. Ship the Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

Processing Time

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at orders@hoax1994.com, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
